The busy summer season has come to a close, but there are still opportunities for laughter and learning with the ITM Alexander Technique. We at Wessex Alexander Technique are running workshops with all of our teachers, both together and individually.
Oxford
Join us for our first Oxford Workshop at the Quaker Meeting House in central Oxford. Here are the details:

Didcot
In November we are running an afternoon workshop at our popular and accessible Didcot venue. Close to the station, it can be reached by train from Cardiff, Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Oxford and London. Here are all the details:
Saturday 8th November 2025 from 1:30 to 4:30 pm
All Saints Youth and Community Hall, Roman Place, Didcot OX11 7ER (near the railway station)
Workshop fee £45 – Earlybird price £35 (pay in full by Wednesday 22nd October to secure earlybird price)*
Closing date for bookings: 1st November 2025
Everyone is welcome – those with no experience, and those interested in progressing further on their journey with the Interactive Teaching Method of Alexander Technique.

Regular classes in Didcot
Sandra is offering an introductory price of £50 for a block of four classes. The details are as follows:
Thursday October 23rd, 6:30 – 8pm, then Thursdays November 13th & 27th, December 11th, 7 – 8pm.

Wantage
Diana’s monthly classes in central Wantage are continuing for the rest of the year, and into 2026. Upcoming dates are as follows, and there is space available for a few more students. The cost is £25 per class, or £125 if you book a block of 6 lessons.
