Prices

We teach in a variety of ways, including individual lessons, group classes and public workshops.

Individual lessons

Prices for individual lessons are in the range of £35-50 per lesson. Please contact any of our teachers if you wish to learn in this way.

Group classes

We encourage the deeper learning available from group teaching, and if there are several of you interested in learning this work, you can form your own group to book classes, or ask the teachers about upcoming group classes. The charge for each member of a group class is in the range of £20-30 per group lesson.

Public workshops

Please contact us if you need an individualised payment plan for any of our classes or workshops.

Professional Memberships

All of our teachers are certified ITM Alexander Technique teachers, and are members of the ITM Teachers’ Association. This means that we work in accordance with the ITM codes of conduct, ethics and practice, which can be viewed here.

Insurance

Our teachers hold full professional liability insurance.

Disclaimers

Please remember that the Alexander Technique is not a healthcare intervention, and teachers of the Alexander Technique are not healthcare practitioners. Your teacher will ask you about relevant medical issues before your first lesson and will check that you are under medical supervision for any relevant issues. A teacher may decline to undertake hands-on work with you if they think a medical issue needs medical input before your lessons commence or continue. This will not affect their ability to discuss Alexander’s ideas and the principles of Alexander’s work with you.
