F. M. Alexander published four books in his lifetime: Man’s Supreme Inheritance, Constructive Conscious Control, The Use of the Self, and The Universal Constant in Living. Most of these are available from the specialist publisher Mouritz. The Use of the Self is widely available. The original text of the 1910 edition of Man’s Supreme Inheritance is available at a lower price here.
