About Us

Diana, Kate and Sandra are ITM-trained teachers of the Alexander Technique.

In the Interactive Teaching Method we ask the question: what if people who want to learn this work can have lessons with an experienced teacher, and have the opportunity to study the ideas underlying Alexander’s work. On this blog we will post opportunities to experience the Alexander Technique in person, and occasional pieces exploring our ideas about this work as our thinking evolves.

If you have a serious interest in studying this work, ITM runs a 4-yearly training course. We recommend ITM training as a life-changing experience of personal growth.
